Designed in a modern idiom, this 17,000 sf sports and community complex reflects the next generation of residents of this changing urban neighborhood. This project includes a state-of-the-art glass gymnasium, workout rooms, classrooms, art rooms, and locker and shower rooms. The exterior open space includes tot lots, tennis and basketball courts, a baseball field, and passive recreation areas. Located across from the local O Street Market, the new facility also serves to augment the community's town-center atmosphere and compliments the historic character of its neighbor.
