Spring Road Area Study
Washington, DC
Prepared for the District of Columbia's Department of Real Estate Services, the "Georgia Avenue Area Public Facilities Co-Location Feasibility Study" provided redevelopment options for publically owned sites located in the Georgia Avenue Corridor. Encompassing 15 acres, the sites, if redeveloped, could provide opportunities for consolidating DC Government services and offer significant opportunities for private development as well. The most dense development option will provide the city government with over 1,000,000 square feet of office space.
